§ 20-91. Litter, rubbish and refuse in public places.

It is unlawful for any person to throw or deposit litter in any manner or amount upon any street, alley, sidewalk, lake, canal, beach, river and tributary, or other public place within the city except in public receptacles, in authorized private receptacles for collection, or in official city or county landfills.
