§ 20-92. Placement of litter; rubbish and refuse in receptacles.

Latest version.

It is unlawful for persons placing litter in public receptacles or authorized private receptacles to do so in a manner that allows the litter to be carried or deposited by the elements upon any street, sidewalk or other public place or upon private property.
