§ 20-134. Designation of investigating and enforcing authorities.

The county sheriff, his authorized deputies, and the code enforcement manager, and his designees, are hereby each empowered and authorized to investigate any situation where a person is alleged to be violating this article, and to enforce the provisions of this article. The county sheriff's office or city code enforcement office will obtain a search warrant when required by law.
